Please note that some amenities—such as fishing, swimming, and parking—are reserved for registered guests only. To be registered, all guests must be listed by name at the time of booking, including the names of everyone sleeping in each unit. Adding unlisted guests is a violation of platform rules. For parking, vehicles must also be registered. This means providing the driver’s name and phone number so we can assign a parking spot near your unit. Unregistered parking is a violation of platform rules. Following these steps helps keep your stay safe, fair, and enjoyable—for you and for the guests using common areas registered for other units at the Retreat.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cozy living areas, board games, and even a loft space with a reading nook and work space. We like to cook and believe we've provided everything you need to enjoy preparing meals for your family at one of our multiple properties. You can also find your favorite recipe with our high-speed Wi-Fi, We also like to drink coffee, therefore, you will find what you need. If there is anything that's not in place just call your neighbors on the other side of the water; We will be happy to lend you what we have. Fishing is permitted only with a valid private permit that must be applied for and approved prior to arrival. Each individual angler must complete an application and carry their permit while fishing. Guests age 13 and under must either have their own permit or be listed on a permitted adult’s application and must be accompanied by that adult while fishing. Reservations with pets require a $200 deposit to cover any additional cleaning required if the pet policy is not adhered to. This deposit will be required 2 days prior to check in and returned 2 days after checkout. automatically if no damage or deep cleaning is reported by our cleaning team.
